Welcome to BECK — a globe-spanning agency that recovers stolen cultural treasures, and you're its newest agent. Somewhere out there a slippery art thief is skipping borders with a stolen masterpiece, and the only way to catch them is to out-think them: follow the trail, narrow the suspects, and slap down the warrant before the trail goes cold.
Every case opens at the scene of the crime. Witnesses drop hints about where the thief fled next — the local currency, the language on the street signs, a flag, the climate, a famous landmark, the food. Read the clues, consult your Almanac, pick a country, and travel. Guess right and you gain ground; guess wrong and the clock keeps ticking.
The same witnesses let slip who the thief really is — hair, eyes, a getaway vehicle, an odd hobby, a distinguishing feature. Feed those traits into your suspect filter. When the details point to one and only one face in the rogues' gallery, you issue the warrant. Name the wrong crook and they walk.
Part geography, part deduction, all detective. If you grew up chasing a certain red-coated thief around the globe, BECK is your next assignment.
